In addition to downloading the Sunday Morning Hangover directly to your computer, you can also have your computer's MP3 program subscribe automatically!

The following instructions are for Apple's iTunes program (downloadable for both Mac and Windows here), but are similar for other programs.

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE:

1. Copy the following URL: http://feeds.feedburner.com/TheSundayMorningHangover 2. Open your iTunes program and go to "Subscribe to podcast" item under the "Advanaced" menu 3. Paste the URL into the window and click OK.

That's it! You are now subscribed to The Sunday Morning Hangover,
and you can carry it around on your iPod (or other MP3 player)
by synching it up to your computer.
